Bruntwood attract 2 new customers to Caledonian House |

North of England property company, Bruntwood have attracted 2 new customers to Caledonian House, Knutsford, in deals totaling 1,246 sq ft. Civil Aviation Technical Training Solutions Ltd (CATTS) have taken 826 sq ft of office space on the ground and 1st floors, whilst Langrick Group Limited have taken 420 sq ft. CATTS provide training courses to convert qualified mechanics into professional aircraft engineers and some of their clients include EasyJet, Jet2 and Monarch. David Owen, managing director of CATTS said “Caledonian House is perfect for our current office requirements, being located in the heart of Knutsford town centre with easy access to several amenities. There’s also excellent public transport and on-site car parking for the convenience of our trainees.”
